  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Minimum order value is $30.00 AUD before shipping. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

  • Once full payment is received, we’ll confirm your order via email.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed, and a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping available only within Australia.

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on:
     • weight
     • destination
     • chosen delivery method.

  • Delivery options:
     • Standard Delivery (no tracking, more affordable)
     • Tracked Delivery (tracking included, additional cost).

  • We use Australia Post and trusted courier services.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary by location and courier.

  • Ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

  • If parcel can’t be safely left, provide an alternative delivery address.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to qualify.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days so we can promptly resolve the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
